What Brings Us TogetherRead more

SaborUSA Fest is back, bringing together U.S. cooperator organizations, importers, and the culinary community. In partnership with Areandina and the Asociación de Chefs de Colombia, the Fest and masterclass will introduce students, instructors, and chefs to U.S. food and beverages: where they come from, what sets them apart, and how to use them in the kitchen.

Through its partnerships with Areandina and the Asociación de Chefs de Colombia, SaborUSA brings students, instructors, and working chefs together. For cooperators and importers, the event is an opportunity to help students learn about products while they are still in training, share expertise with professionals, and answer questions about choosing ingredients.

At each booth, cooperators and importers can showcase their products, distribute educational materials, and speak directly with attendees. Short talks, contests, and tastings can draw visitors to the booth and make the experience memorable. Each exhibitor plans activities around the resources available and works with the organizing team on products, staffing, and logistics.
